Prioritizing Procedure and Customer Care
Vietnam has one of the highest potentials in the area. However, with high potential comes high expectation for quality, consistency and continuity. Keeping this in mind, the board of GKFX Prime Vietnam has come to the conclusion that the working procedure and customer care must be the first aspects to be adjusted to fit in with this highly competitive market.
Throughout the entire time of doing business in Vietnam, GKFX Prime has never taken the customers for granted. Educating sessions as well as short-term and long-term trainings are regularly held for both new and seasoned employees. In addition, R&D department always works hard to research and analyze the various inconsistent needs of customers.
The company also pays attention to the technical aspect, which is upgraded regularly. GKFX Prime takes pride in their consistent trading platforms and a much wider range of instruments and commodities in comparison with other brokers operating in Vietnam.
Changing personnel structure to aim higher
The scale of personnels at GKFX Prime Vietnam changes rapidly year after year. Before, the task of caring for the customers are shared between personnels of other departments, which makes it more difficult to do or done unprofessionally. A separate “Customer care” department was created to solve this problem.
Up until now, this department has done a great job. They have become a helpful bridge between GKFX Prime and customers. Since the establishment of “Customer care” department, the number complaints from customers has decreased significantly, with the majority of the cases handled professionally.
In addition, having a specific department for customer care means that the workloads are lifted from other departments, which allows them to be focused on their designated roles. In other words, just a small change in personnels can help make business flows smoother and improve the brand image.
“Good customer service” is the only path leading to success
Frankly speaking, changes in personnels can only solve problems in the short term. In the long run, “customer service” is key. During early days, the executive board of GKFX Prime Vietnam had to face problems in maintaining business and market research. Recently, since business is going well, “customer service” is now the priority for the company.
They show this priority not only in the time for handling complaints and inquiries, but also by providing attractive incentive packages and continuously optimizing the trading environment. These incentive packages used to be taken for granted, but now, they serve as a crucial factor to motivate clients. The trading environment is upgraded regularly, news and trading knowledge are provided for free, which helps build confidence among customers.
Those are just some of the changes that GKFX Prime Vietnam had made to create a good “customer service”. From which, they can build a trustworthy brand image, thus earning their reputation as “Best global trading partner”.
