And the previous technical problem had been updated, said by the platform manager by phone, adding that my withdrawal application would be coped with as a special case. But they emailed me that the transfer service provider came with another problem. Are you ashamed of delaying such a withdrawal with a little money? The money I withdrew wasn't transferred successfully into my bank account due to some issues. The platform manager told me by phone to withdraw money, which would arrive within one hour. The money was refunded into the e-wallet later after the withdrawal application, according to an email without any specific reasons. And I haven't got a reply after sending an email to consult about it.
