RIFAGALA BROKER withdrawal guarantee fee scam!!!

Total i was made a deposit amounted $162,000 at RifaGala Broker and never get back.

At the first i requested to make a $129,067 withdrawal. Upon requesting, Rifa's Customer Service told the victim that She's not a VIP member, therefore withdrawal of above $100,000 are not allowed.In order to proceed with the the request, Rifa's Customer Service asked Victim to pay a minimum of 30% of guarantee deposit in order to secure the transaction.

i asked how much and why making a withdrawal need to pay. The Rifa‘s customer service told me that’s not a fee and i will get back the ($38720.15 withdrawal fee) together with the money i wish to withdraw.

Then i request to withdraw by partially to avoid paying the withdrawal fee because of over $100,000, but they was rejected due i already submitted the withdrawal and not able to cancel.

After paying the 30%, then only the money will be released to my Bank Account. Broker also said that if i failed to pay 30%, my money inside trading account will be deducted 5% daily until the deposit is paid.

I had paid the broker $33,340.69, and there's still $5,400 more yet to pay. In the end the broker is still not releasing money.

This all my conversation with RIFAs customer service.

Im feel i was scammed by them hope that I can get my money back. With this article, hopefully other people avoid to been scam again from this broker!
