The investor: Earlier this year, I noticed ALPHA TRADEX on the Internet. They claimed to be an international leading trader with operations in most Asian countries, including China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam and promised that users could obtain high returns on their investments. I found it very attractive, so I opened an account on the platform.

WikiFX: How much is your investment？ How about your trading at first？

The investor: I deposited a margin of $350,000 in my account. I was reassured because the broker claimed on its website that it was under the regulation of several authorities, including the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

In the week following the deposit, I made a profit of over $20,000, a really high return.

The investor: I had intended to invest in again but decided to withdraw part of them for urgent use. I submitted a withdrawal request for $100,000 on October 3, but it was kept under processing. Thereafter, I submitted another withdrawal request for $50,000, which was under the same status. These requests have not been approved yet.

The investor: I contacted the platform's customer service at once but only received automatic replies. Soon after, I found my account disabled when I tried to log in again. I questioned the customer service but was still replied automatically. Until this time I realized I had been swindled!
