When I went to the account manager to apply for a claim again, the answer I got was that no claim would be paid, and I would not promise to pay for any such situation in the future. In fact, the money is not much. I have repeatedly emphasized that fortunately this time the position is relatively small. What if the position is relatively heavy this time, or the next time I happen to have a very heavy position and cause a large loss or liquidation. However, the final answer I got That is, it will not be paid this time, and it will not be paid the next time it happens. What happened is as follows: I opened a trading position of NZD/CAD at 11:00, 12:00, and 18:45 in the platform time on the 22nd. At 21:00 on the platform time, there were abnormal fluctuations, resulting in My account caused a loss, I set a take profit, but I was traded at the highest point at that time, causing a loss, and the direction was in my favor when the market fluctuated abnormally, but I left the market at a loss, I I also made it clear to the account manager that if the spread widened due to the drastic fluctuations in the market at that time, I would not have to make the transaction. The transaction means that the price touched my take profit price, but I was traded at the highest price. The volatility is nearly 70 pips. (Please see the screenshot I attached) When I took a screenshot of the quotations of other platforms I am using, they are the quotations of FX GLOBE and Blackbull. The account manager said that each company is different, I said then find me a platform with the same price as yours, and then the account manager sent screenshots of the two platforms, but even so, the two platforms they found were only more than 20 points. volatility, but FP has a volatility of nearly 70 points. In my opinion, this is caused by the opening or some abnormal fluctuations. Even the normal extension of the New Zealand dollar is more exaggerated than the quotation of any other platform, especially the price position where I was traded, which is abnormally slippery. point. However, in the end, the answer I got was that it would not be paid, nor would it be compensated for the same situation that may be caused in the future. This time, I only lost a few hundred yuan.
