HOUFENGI bought four lots of XAU/USD with SL on the night of January 8 (attached pictures). But my positions weren’t closed until there was a slippage of 30 pips. After that, they told me that the slippage was normal. But they don’t know I have two accounts and I bough long with the same SL, one small account could close as what I set but the account with more money can’t. They couldn’t give me a convincing reason or compensate me. If I just had one account, I may forget it. But now? If my account can execute as the SL set, there is no problem with your liquidity quotation. It must be the problem of you platform.
