Inspection Reason
Recently, many investors called the inspection team, expressing their hope for the inspection team exposing Australia’s brokers, whose real addresses are inconsistent with the ones in their regulatory information. Given that, the investigators went to Australia for a closer look at Fusion Markets.
Company Building
Fusion Markets’s office address in the regulatory information is Level 27, 25 BliGh STreeT SYDNEY NSW 2000. The investigators carried out a field trip to this licensed broker.
The survey personnel drove to the company building, which was quite new. They then entered the building and take the elevator to the 27th floor.
Featured Photos
The personnel looked carefully through the company signboard in the corridor, but found no information about Fusion Markets. To obtain a correct survey result, they visited the entire floor, finding that the floor belonged to another broker.
Inspection Conclusion
The investigators, based on the result of the field trip, confirmed that Fusion Markets’s real address failed to match with the one in its regulatory information. Its full licence (regulatory number: 226199) issued by Australian Securities and Investment Commission is suspected to be a clone one.
