Abstract:Atlantic Securities is a Cyprus-based stockbroking company founded in 2001, a subsidiary of Atlantic Insurance Co. Atlantic Securities has been a member of the Cyprus Stock Exchange since September 2001 and a member of the Athens Exchange since October 2006.

Regulation
Atlantic Securities Ltd. is currently regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission CySEC and holds a straight-through license under its authority, Regulatory Number: 005/03.
Local Market of Atlantic Securities
To open a segregated investment account with Atlantic Securities, clients need to provide original ID (national ID, passport), a recent (no more than six months) utility account with the investor's full name and permanent address printed on it. The trading account will be opened successfully within 1-3 working days, and the investor can start trading. Local market fees, Cyprus Stock Exchange: brokerage fee of 0.4% of the transaction value plus a fixed fee of 30 cents per transaction, stock exchange and depository fee of 0.04% of the transaction value, annual depository fee of 0.003% per quarter (based on portfolio value) and transaction exit fee of 0.30% of the transaction amount. Athens Stock Exchange: Brokerage fee of 0.4% of the transaction value plus a fixed fee of 25 cents per transaction, stock exchange and depository fee of 0.325% of transaction value, annual depository fee of 0.003% (based on portfolio value) charged quarterly, sales tax of 0.20% of sales and transaction exit fee of 0.30% of the transaction amount. The investor compensation fund real fee is 0.10% of the maximum portfolio value per month of the previous year on an annual basis and an administrative fee of €1 per year.
International Markets of Atlantic Securities
Trading fees for stocks, exchange-traded funds, futures and options on the global market: 0.20% for Euro stocks/ETFs (minimum €5 per executed order), 2 cents for U.S. stocks/ETFs (minimum $3 per executed order), 2 cents per share for Canadian dollar stocks/ETFs (minimum $3 per executed order), €8 per contract for futures & options contracts, bonds (corporate, municipal securities, treasury bonds) fees are 0.20% of the transaction amount, 0.20% of the transaction amount for Euro mutual funds, and $30 per trade for U.S. mutual funds. If the cost percentage on these markets exceeds 1% of the transaction value, the commission is 1% of the transaction value.
Asset Management of Atlantic Securities
Atlantic Securities' asset management team consists of two key members, Andreas Nicolaou, head of asset management, and Aikaterini Chatzigeorgiou, a portfolio manager. The two have many years of experience in financial markets and are able to design different portfolios for investors depending on their current situation and future capital needs.
