The fraud and the victim have known each other since May. At first, the fraud always talked about her girlfriend now and then to let the victim know how important her girlfriend is. Then, the fraud made the victim think that she was so busy. They didn't chat for a period of time. Later, the fraud talked with the victim and asked him whether he wanna manage the finances.
