Cora hails from the American territory of Puerto Rico, and has openly slammed what he sees as the administration's insufficient response to the devastation caused by Hurricane Maria in 2017, and Trump's angry tweets blaming Puerto Ricans and their elected leaders. As such, at this moment, I don't feel comfortable celebrating in the White House,” he added.
