Finally, customer service replied to me with the suggestion of making a deposit using virtual currency. The UnionPay channel still failed to deposit funds. I tried many times but it still didn't work. Exness ranks first on the leaderboard as the platform with the highest publicity. I didn't expect that I wouldn't be able to make a deposit, resulting in a loss. The platform should be held accountable! If I am losing money due to my operations, I'll accept it. However, it is the platform's fault that prevents me from depositing money, resulting in the liquidation of my position due to platform issues. maybe you will say there were other virtual currencies or Bitcoin deposit methods available, I would not choose this platform if it was the only deposit method at that time. Whatever deposit method was provided initially should ensure that I can use the same method to make a deposit right now. The deposit methods should remain the same as before.
