We have received a complaint from the customer on June 27 about the trading with signal provided by IB, which might be identical with the information above. But, due to the inconsistence between the email recorded by customer contact and complaint department and the information registered in the system, the customer's identity was failed. According to an email from the complaint departmeet on June 29, 2022, the customer was asked to reach out to us again by the registered email at that time, which could be seen by checking the "personal information" after logging in the customer zone. However, he did not reply to it, and the complaint department are still waiting for his reply. Have a good time.
