I made a deposit to start trading, then it was posted on the platform and in the WhatsApp group that 100% of what I deposited would be given, so I made two more deposits. NEWRGY IMEX posted on the platform that withdrawals could not be made until August 16th, which I tried but it didn't allow it, justifying that withdrawals can only be made on business days, so I waited until Monday and it showed me a failed withdrawal progress. Then they started saying that we all had to pay in advance the tax equivalent to 20% of the total account balance, constantly exerting pressure through messages with the threat of: "If taxes are not paid before August 26th, a 5% per day will be charged; when it reaches 35%, NEWRGY will freeze the account and confiscate the assets. In serious cases, a sentence of 5 years in prison and a fine of $250,000 will be imposed according to US law." Therefore, I request legal assistance to recover my money. Hice un deposito para comenzar a operar, después se publico en la plataforma y en el grupo de whatsApp que se daría el 100% de lo que depositara e hice otros dos depósitos. NEWRGY IMEX publicó en la plataforma que no se podía retirar hasta el 16 de agosto, lo cual intente pero no lo permitió justificando que solamente se puede retirar los días hábiles, así que esperé al lunes y me apareció progreso de retiro fallido. Entonces comenzó a decir que todos debíamos pagar por adelantado el impuesto equivalente al 20% del monto total de la cuenta, ejerciendo presión constantemente por medio de mensajes con la amenaza de: "si no se pagan los impuestos antes del 26 de agosto se les cobrará el 5% por día, cuando llegue al 35% NEWRGY congelará la cuenta y confiscará los activos. En casos graves, será sentenciado a 5 años de prisión y una multa de 250.000 según la ley estadounidense" Por ello solicito atención jurídica para recuperar mi dinero. Gracias de antemano por su atención.
