Due to the volatile market on crude oil, some clients should have made profits by adding position, while ACY Securities banned their accounts without notice. What happened? Do you want to hoard all the profits? It is a basebred platform, let alone fund security. In the face of complaint, ACY Securities said that the account was under verification on March 9th and asked us to contact agent. Has ACY Securities given position to its agent? As a client, all my tradings are in line with ACY Securities . If it hasn’t handled appropriately, I will continue to safeguard my right. On March 26th, ACY Securities sent me an email, asking me to submit some certificated documents. I want to ask, which rule stipulates that I need to submit such files? What on earth happened? Hope it give me an explanation...

帐号（166105）爆光ACY稀万，在没有任何通知的情况下，封停客人有资金有持仓的交易帐户！

最近市场波动巨大，以原油为首波动最为剧烈，因此有客人长线持仓，盈利后逐步加仓，导致帐户大获全胜，但是高兴的同时，问题也随之而来，谁曾想ACY稀万在没有任何通知的情况，突然封停了有资金有持仓的帐户，就连同名帐户有资金没订单的帐户都一起封停了! 在这里我弱弱的问一句？这是什么操作？这是有多怕客人赚钱了平仓出金？如此没有下线的作贱行为，把所有客户的交易及资金安全置于何种处境？针对此事，ACY在3.13号回应为账户交易审核，然后到了3.19号，回应则是去找代理解决，难道ACY是跟以前内盘一样，给代理放了头寸？所以客户赚钱就让客户去找代理解决？作为客户，所有的交易与资金往来都直接与ACY平台发生关系，如果ACY不妥善处理，将一直维权到底。最新进展:邮件回复更新中...3.26号发来邮件要求提供一些公证文件，请问ACY，是那一国监管的那一条文件里面要求所需要提供的这些文件？另外不知道ACY所说的问题没查清楚？究竟是什么问题？期待ACY的正面回复中....
