WOLFSBURG (dpa-AFX) - VW -Betriebsratschefin Daniela Cavallo will sich in der angelaufenen Tarifrunde nicht mit Verweisen des Managements auf die gestiegene Kostenlast zufriedengeben. Notfalls werden wir der Arbeitgeberseite auf die Sprünge helfen, schrieb sie im Firmenblatt Mitbestimmen.
Der Auftakt der Gespräche über einen neuen Haustarifvertrag für die rund 125 000 Beschäftigten in den westdeutschen VW-Werken sowie bei einigen Konzerntöchtern war in der vergangenen Woche aus Sicht der IG Metall enttäuschend gewesen. Die Auswirkungen der rasanten Inflation seien für Gewerkschaft und Betriebsrat in der Tarifrunde ein klarer Auftrag, meinte die Leiterin der Belegschaftsvertretung, die auch im VW-Aufsichtsrat sitzt. IG-Metall-Verhandlungsführer Thorsten Gröger hatte kritisiert, es gebe bisher keinerlei Lösungsvorschläge.
Unter anderem verlangt die Gewerkschaft 8 Prozent mehr Geld. Der Verhandlungsführer von VW, Arne Meiswinkel, stellte zunächst klar: In einer der schwersten Krisen der Nachkriegszeit müssen wir einen Tarifabschluss erreichen, der dem Unternehmen und der Belegschaft hohe Stabilität für die weitere Transformation sichert.
Cavallo betonte, eine angemessene Entgeltsteigerung allein werde die drohenden Reallohnverluste vermutlich nicht auffangen können. Wichtig seien auch die Hilfen der Politik. Sie warb dafür, das errungene Tarifwerk in der Chemiebranche näher zu betrachten. Dort hatten Arbeitgeber und Arbeitnehmer - nach einer ersten Teillösung im Frühjahr - steuerfreie Sonderzahlungen von rund 3000 Euro und ein zweistufiges Lohnplus um jeweils 3,25 Prozent vereinbart. Inwieweit diese Option auch in unserem Haustarifabschluss eine Rolle spielen kann, gilt es in den nächsten Wochen zu verhandeln, schrieb sie.
Die nächsten Gespräche sind für den 9. November in Wolfsburg geplant. Im Konflikt um den Flächentarifvertrag in der gesamten Metall- und Elektroindustrie laufen bereits Warnstreiks. Bei Volkswagen (ETR:VOWG) endet die Friedenspflicht am 30. November.
