出金问题

我入金 5755 美元，成功出金55 美元，然后再交易价格为 5700 美元时，进行了 3 笔交易，获利约 115 美元。当我出金 5815 美元时，大约一个小时后，他们发送一封确认电子邮件，说明提款已完成。但这次过了 12 多个小时我还没有收到 5815 美元。以下是我的订单历史、提款状态和 etherscan 钱包信息。

Withdrawal issue.

So i deposited 5755$ for trading into octafx. withdrew 55$ , i received that. i felt ok with trading now. traded with $5700, opened 3 trades gained around 115$ profit. when i go to withdraw the 5815$ amount, after a hour or so, they give a confirmation email stating that your withdrawal is complete..but even after 12+ hours, i have not received 5815$ in my crypto ETH wallet. i shall be attaching my order history, withdrawal status and etherscan wallet information.
