出金和入金都没有问题，但客服非常慢且态度很差！不要指望他们会有正面回应，服务器很糟糕，导致某些交易延迟。

Terrible customer service and slow responses from support

Withdrawal and deposit has no problem, but the customer support is terribly slow and disrespectful! Don’t expect a good response from them, server is terrible causing delay in some trades
