Reason for this visit

Many investors have recently called to expose more licensed Indonesian dealers with false regulatory addresses. In response to investors' requests, the survey team is going to Indonesia to visit the dealer PG BERJANGKA. 

Office building 

According to the regulatory information, the dealer PG BERJANGKA is licensed by the Indonesian regulator and located at Menara MTH LanTai 18, Jalan MT Haryono Kav 23, TEBET TIMUR TEBET JAKARTA SELATAN DKI JAKARTA 12810. The survey team thus decided to have an on-site visit to this regulatory address for confirmation.

According to the regulatory information and map navigation, the survey team came to the building Menara MTH LanTai in Jakarta, Indonesia, which is located in the center of Jakarta with convenient transportation.

The building is an administrative business one with a lobby on the first floor. In the lobby, the surveyors found a directory with the nameplate of PG BERJANGKA . It indicated that the dealer's office was on the 18th floor of the building.

On-site visit

The surveyors found the office of PG BERJANGKA on the 18th floor. However, due to the COVID-19, the staff were all working from home and the office in this building were unoccupied. The surveyors were unable to enter the company for a on-site survey. In addition, it was found that the company logo on the front desk background had been removed. Thus, it was difficult to judge the exact size of the office and the operation status.

Conclusion

After the field survey, the survey team only found the nameplate of PG BERJANGKA, which was displayed on the directory of lobby. However, the dealer's logo had been removed from the front desk background on the 18th floor. It was difficult to confirm whether PG BERJANGKA exists, or used to exist in this building. Also, due to the COVID-19, there was no one in the company that the surveyors were unable to enter or photograph. In the end, the surveyors could not determine the exact size of the office and the operation status. Please be prudent when trading with this broker.
