Some investors made phone call to the inspection team for more information of New Zealand licensed brokers whose real address were not the same with its regulation address. In response to investors’ strong need, our survey personal went to YAMFX in New Zealand to know more about it.

Office

According to the regulation information, the New Zealand licensed broker KK is located at 1b, 175 Queen ST, Auckland City, Auckland, 1121, New Zealand. The survey personal then visited this place.

The survey personnel found the office building indicated by the regulatory information easily. After entering the office building, the survey personnel checked the floor guide in the ground floor lobby and found there was no information about YAMFX.

The survey personnel then went to the 1B office and found no one inside.

According to the notice on the door, the survey personnel learned that the room was once the office of an overseas study institution. In order to ensure the quality of the survey, the survey personnel strolled around the floor and found no information about YAMFX.

Conclusion

The visit by the survey personnel confirmed that the broker YAMFX’s real address was consistent with its regulatory address. Its FSPR license has been canceled.
