105 Queen Street, Auckland, New Zealand
Inspection Reason
The inspection team continued its filed survey campaign to inspect the authenticity of forex brokerage industry. For this session, The inspection team went to New Zealand to visit RCM.
Office
According to address shown in its regulation details, the New Zealand broker RCM had its office at RENAISSANCE CAPITAL MARKETS, Suite 1, Level 15, 21 Queen Street, Auckland. The inspection team went there for a field study.
To the address, the surveyors successfully found the office. This high-end office building also houses the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
Featured Photos
The surveyors rushed into the building, hoping to find their destination as quickly as possible. However, they did not find RCM’s name on a company directory sign in the lobby, but instead find a company named “RCIF”, which was based on the 15th Floor, and were not sure if it had any connection with RCM.
Nor did the surveyors get the permission to go upstairs for further research.
Conclusion
A field investigation based on the address shown in its regulation details did not find RCM’s office in New Zealand. The licensing details of this company are problematic and highly suspectable, and we believes it is not currently regulated by any reputable regulatory authorities. (The licence issued by FSPR has been canceled.)We therefore do not recommend you to invest your money with them.
