Recently, the inspection team received many investors’ phone calls with the hope of more Australia licensed brokers whose real address were inconsistent with those declared by the supervision agency exposed more frequently. To help them distinguish those brokers who were suspicious of unlawful operation, the investigation staff decided to go to visit the broker Banner Inveeh in Australia as scheduled.

According to the regulatory information, the address of the Australia licensed company Banner Inveeh was: Level 12, 636 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004. The investigation staff visited the spot.

Subsequently, they entered the lobby. It took a long time for them to find the floor guide, which did not show any information about Banner Inveeh. To ensure the quality of the investigation, they came to the 12nd floor by elevator, but they didn’t see the broker’s name on the floor guide at one side of the elevator. Investors shall be prudent before choosing the broker in avoidance of money loss since the MM license (424700) and STP license (629628) issued by ASIC and FCA respectively it holds are proved to be cloned.
