Survey Reason
Recently,the inspection team received many investors’ phone calls with the hope of more New Zealand licensed brokers whose real addresses were suspicious of inconsistent with those declared by the supervision agency exposed. According to their feedback, the investigation staff decided to visit the New Zealand licensed broker HuiFeng for the details.
Company Building
According to the regulatory information, the address of the New Zealand licensed company HuiFeng was: Level 27, PWC Tower, 188 Quay Street Auckland 1010. The investigation staff visited the spot.
As a magnificent office building, the PWC Plaza in the picture above was their destination.
Exclusive
Subsequently, they entered the building, and learned from the guidance of the ground floor that the 27th floor belonged to a software company, rather than HuiFeng. At the moment they wanted to enquire the front desk whether HuiFeng had moved out, but only to find that there was nobody. Thus, they had no other choice but to give up further investigation.
Summary
It has been proved by the on-the-site investigation of the staff that the actual address of the New Zealand licensed broker HuiFeng is inconsistent with that declared by the supervision agency. The STP license (No. 677530), MM license (No. 421210) and the Financial Service Corporate License (No. 348606) issued by FCA, ASIC and FSPR respectively that the broker claims are suspicious of cloning.
