There are many calls from quite a lot of investors asking for more disclosure of traders whose real office addresses were not real. In order to better help investors to identify high-risk traders,a field survey team i desiganted.

According to the regulatory information, the UK licensed trader BvbFX is located at 89 New Bond Street w1s 1da London United Kingdom. The surveyors paid a visit to the trader.

According to the regulation information and GPS, the surveyors came to New Bond Street near the exit of a railway station easily and found No. 89 building surrounded by shopping malls. The surveyors entered the building and inquired the receptionist whether BvbFX’s office locates here or not, the receptionist said it was inconvenient to reply.

To disclose the reality, the surveyors logined in FCA’s official website and were informed the company with purported authorization has neither registered in the webiste nor authorized by the website. 

Conclusion

The visit by the inspection staff confirmed that BvbFX doesn’t have an office in UK. As is informed, its investment and advisory license with regulation number 707866 issued by FCA indicates its going beyond the licensed business scope.
