RARLON closed account arbitrarily, causing investor's heavy loss

RARLON suspended investor' s account arbitrarily and used it to trade by black box operation, which caused heavy loss to investor. And with rating 1.94 only, RARLON was exposed in the report for being complained by many investors. Beware of it.

Recently, WikiFX received a real-name report of RARLON for they suspended investor' s account. The platform operated the account secretly, which brought investor' s heavy loss, but didn' t provide any practical solutions.

Investor lodged a real-name complaint against platform by presenting his ID card to ensure the authenticity of the report.

Per Mr. Ma' s said, he joined RARLON as an IB by a friend' s referral. After his commission account was shut down, the platform still operated in trading with the account, which resulted in heavy loss.

Now there are over 10,000 USD in Mr. Ma' s account and he cannot withdraw it. He has been communicating with the people in charge of the platform since June last year, but they kept on delaying the problem.

Per investigation by WikiFX, Mr. Ma' s account has been suspended with the notice of “your account is suspended for entering wrong password repeatedly”.

Per Mr. Ma' s account information, there is still 17,619.19 USD in his account.

Mr. Ma has kept on communicating with the platform about account problem since last year. But they always replied with “being processed”.

And RARLON didn' t give any reasonable explanations for where the most of money in Mr. Ma' s account is and why his account is suspended.

Per investigation, related regulator has revoked the regulation of RARLON. Without valid regulatory status, the platform has considerable risk now.
