During the investigation, the UP Police seized 2 laptops, Rs. 35,400 recovered from the madrassa, four bottles of ink, printer, a tablet, five phones, and three real notes (currency). A firearm is also discovered.
The senior police officer, Ghanshyam, stated that the police were probing for how far the network had expanded. The police also caught a gang in June 2023 in India, that was producing fake currency notes. The mastermind of that gang also said that he learned this technique from the Bollywood OTT film Farzi.
