The customer is involved in a gang malicious violation, with the same with multiple illegal account IPs spotted by our company. Over the past year or so, the illegal organization has intermittently opened accounts with various ID cards, and made illegal transactions with exchanged ID cards after each withdrawal. Although our company issued an announcement on the tight payment limit at the end of the year, the customer still did not stop doing so, tried to unblock his account through giving bad reviews or complaining and avoid effective communication. So our company will no longer tolerate it and hopes the real controller of the organization can contact our company for an effective communication.
