On November 1st, I entered two short positions, a total of four lots. Due to slippage, I incurred a loss of $2000 and was liquidated. I have already sent the trading log to the platform, which clearly shows that the price I placed the order was never reached. The trading log can prove that the account manager only added me a week later and did not address the issue properly. There was no intention to solve the problem. I have already reported this to the DePoo platform. Attached below are all the screenshots of this incident. Please stay away from irresponsible platforms like DePoo that do not handle customer issues properly.

德璞平台毫无底线滑点问题一周时间都不帮我处理请各位远离德璞平台

11月1号、我两次空单进场一共四手因为滑点的关系导致我亏损2000美金被平仓。操作日志已经发给平台当时根本没有到过我下单的价格。操作日志都可以证明，客户经理一周后才加的我，也是敷衍不解决问题连解决问题的态度都没有你们德璞平台我目前已经报警。一下附上此次事件的所有截图。请大家远离德璞这种不负责任不正面处理客户问题的平台。
