My situation is the following: I tried to make a withdrawal of the balance but I could not do it since my account was not confirmed. I asked quotex support to send me the confirmation email. They responded that my email address did not exist. Again I requested They edit my profile to change the email address so they can send me the confirmation email and I can withdraw the balance. I have not had a response until today. I send a screenshot of the support response and the main screen of the email inbox that I put in the account profile where it is confirmed that the address provided does exist. I would like you to review the profile to change the email or send me a new confirmation email. Thank you.

reclamo de retiro y recuperación de la cuenta

mi situación es la siguiente: intenté hacer un retiro del saldo pero no pude realizarlo ya que mi cuenta no estaba confirmada solicité al soporte de quotex que me enviara el mail de confirmación el mismo me respondió que mi dirección de correo no existía, nuevamente solicité se me editara el perfil para cambiar la dirección de correo y así me puedan enviar el correo de confirmación y poder realizar el retiro del saldo. no he tenido respuesta hasta hoy en día. envío captura de pantalla de la respuesta del soporte y pantalla principal de la bandeja de entrada del correo que puse en el perfil de la cuenta donde se constata que sí existe la dirección brindada. quisiera que meditaran el perfil para cambiar el correo o me puedan enviar un nuevo correo de confirmación. gracias.
