One time, I made a deposit via OVO Indonesia and my balance was deducted from OVO and it was declared sent (successful). However, until now, the deposit has never entered my account at Quotex. I've reported via Help, but never got a solution. These funds have left my OVO balance and were never credited to my Quotex account, the transaction failure notification on Quotex did not necessarily return my OVO balance. Until now the deposit funds have disappeared.

Deposito tidak Masuk ke Account

Pada suatu ketika, Saya melakukan deposito melalui OVO Indonesia, dan saldo saya telah terpotong pada OVO dan telah di nyatakan terkirim (sukses). Namun sampai saat ini, deposito tersebut tidak pernah masuk ke Account saya di Quotex. Saya sudah melaporkan melalui Bantuan, namun tidak pernah ada solusi. Dana tersebut telah keluar dari saldo OVO saya dan tidak pernah masuk ke account Quotex saya, pemberitahuan gagal transaksi pada Quotex tidak lantas mengembalikan saldo OVO saya. sampai saat ini dana deposito tersebut menghilang.
