From August 25th to October 26th this year, I made a deposit on this platform and participated in the activity of completing 40 transactions to get 200 US dollars. Later, I did not complete the transaction number, and my trading account was liquidated! Before making another gold transaction in the early hours of December 15th, I asked Tomchen, the customer service of the acy platform, to find out in detail whether the deposit will be deducted. I was deducted the bonus, I have found the platform customer service and account manager to communicate related matters! Attached are screenshots of the chat. They also agreed to return it at the beginning. Until today, the customer service manager said that only by depositing a part of the gold and completing the transaction lot can you get the bonus. Yes, I didn’t take out any money. Now that the activity has expired, why should I deduct the transaction bonus at that time?

中秋节活动结束到期了，依然扣当时的交易赠金

本人曾在今年8月25日至10月26日在该平台入金交易并参加了完成40手交易获赠200美金的活动，后来本人未完成交易手数，交易账户咎爆仓了！本人在12月15号凌晨再次入金交易之前，找acy平台客服tomchen 详细了解了，入金会不会扣款的适宜，并附有下图邮箱聊天记录，但是到了12月15号中午，本人发现还是被扣了赠金，本人曾找到平台客服以及客户经理沟通相关事宜！并附聊天截图,他们也都一开始答应归还,直到拖到今天，客服经理说让再入一部分金并完成交易手数才能得到赠金,我就不解了，我上次参加你们中秋活动爆仓了，一分钱没取出，现在活动早就到期了为啥还要扣当时的交易赠金？
