I kept holding crude oil before 20th since the price on ACY Securities was similar with other platforms. On the morning of 21st, only the price on ACY Securities plummeted to the bottom, with $2 differing from other platform. But ACY Securities claimed that the basis of weighted calculation led to the price difference. Why there was a $2 price difference on 21st? It must has no line with the spread or slippage. In the afternoon of the day, the price suddenly recovered to $6 from $8. How did ACY Securities calculate the price? The customer service explained that every bank’s structure of price. But can you explain why the price leaped from $8 to $6 within a day? It may use the price to make clients’ accounts liquidated, enabling them to buy short to recover the loss. However, it couldn’t give us an explanation. Clients have the right to cut or close their position. But the abnormal price will make it impossible to blame the responsibility.

報價嚴重異常損害客戶權益

4/20前一直持有原油部位,acy報價也與其它平台無太大差異,當然非一致4/21開盤全市場都沒跳空開低,期貨與其它平台報價還走漲,ACY卻是報價跳空破底,且一直都與它平台發生2美元折價此前為發覺交易報價有異的緣頭,ACY一直推拖每間券商報價加權計算基礎不同,故報價有差異是正常的,個人覺得不合理的點在市場動盪都是一致,4/20前ACY與它平台也沒有很大的報價差異,為何4/21一開盤直接少了2美元,原油報價差了2美元,而且一直都維持這樣的折價,絕對與點差或滑價無關4/21開盤ACY報價與期貨報價折價約8美元,同一天的亞洲下午報價突然又恢復變折價6美元cfd的報價怎樣的計算基礎,可以在一根k棒的時間下又多出了2美元?難道ACY的CFD報價也可以和期貨報價變動有這麼大的落差?那它的報價公允性何在?與平台溝通過程,客服只是一直回答每間平台銀行報價結構不同,故報價會有差異,會有差異我當然能夠理解,但我不能理解是為什麼一下可以折2美一下又差不多?cfd的報價,期貨價格絕對是一個很重要的參考價,又是為何可以一下折價8美,下一根k報又變折價6美?厚黑一點的想法是大多數客戶都持有原油多單,平台報價直接跳空少2美,讓大部份客戶都爆倉午盤原油爆趺,可能很多客戶都去追空,直接又把這2美元補回去,讓作空客戶損失2美元......不論交易商或銀行端對我所質疑的報價都無法給個合理解釋今天報價沒問題的情況,客戶對其倉位與價格都有決定減倉平倉或轉空的權利,但突然差了2美元,客戶要做什麼交易決定都失了真,並且未來會更難去歸責
