你好！我在FXCC平台投钱，按程序员要求操作，操作成功后，当天10号我就去提现，11号显示失败了。客服说我提现的银行卡信息错误，让我缴纳保证金，解除异常才可以提现，我就按照客服14号缴纳了保证金，并提现。但是15号客服又说我的提现申请驳回了，说是交易流水不够没法提现，客服又要我补缴流水。为什么他们昨天不说呢？所以问客服要联系电话，客服就是不给，让他们负责人和我说，客服说我不是VIP，还是拒绝了，我现在很怀疑是诈骗。请你们给我个答复。
