Disappointing Withdrawal Experience at Otet Markets

My recent experience with Otet Markets regarding a withdrawal has been profoundly disappointing. Despite being a diligent user, my withdrawal requests have been repeatedly rejected without any valid explanation. The lack of transparency and the prolonged delay—more than a week—has left me incredibly frustrated. As a customer, I believe in clear communication and efficient service, both of which were sorely lacking in this instance. I sincerely hope Otet Markets addresses this issue promptly, providing transparent explanations and resolving withdrawal rejections more efficiently. Improved customer service would greatly benefit the credibility of this platform.
