Non ci permettono di prelevare

Noi abbiamo richiesto il prelievo dei fondi tramite l'azienda e abbiamo aspettato molto tempo, sembra che sia passato un mese, ci hanno detto che abbiamo commesso un errore e che possiamo ritirare solo il capitale e non i profitti. Ci hanno inviato un documento. Ho inoltrato questo documento a loro tramite email e WhatsApp, solo allora ci hanno permesso di prelevare i fondi dal sito web. Successivamente, il servizio clienti al numero +63 927 574 0301 mi ha detto che se scrivo il mio indirizzo TRC20 nella sezione di bonifico bancario e prelevo i fondi in questo modo, i soldi arriveranno più velocemente. Il prelievo tramite TRC20 arriva entro un giorno. Il bonifico bancario può richiedere fino a 5 giorni lavorativi. Fino ad oggi sono passati 7 giorni lavorativi e i nostri soldi non sono ancora arrivati! Non ci hanno risposto né via email né tramite WhatsApp! Ci hanno fatto firmare un documento in cui promettono di restituirci il capitale, ma sono passati 7 giorni lavorativi e non ci hanno ancora restituito i soldi, inoltre non riusciamo a contattarli in nessun modo!

And again they do not answer us either via e-mail or WhatsApp! Even though they made us sign a document stating that they would pay us our principal, they did not pay us our money for 7 working days and we cannot reach them in any way!
