हमने कंपनी के माध्यम से निकासी के लिए आवेदन किया, बहुत देर तक इंतजार किया, लगभग 1 महीना लगा, उन्होंने हमें बताया कि हमने गलती कर दी है, केवल पूंजी निकाली जा सकती है, लाभ नहीं। उन्होंने हमें एक दस्तावेज़ भी भेजा। मैंने इस दस्तावेज़ को ईमेल और WhatsApp के माध्यम से उन्हें फ़ॉरवर्ड किया, उन्होंने हमें वेबसाइट पर निकासी करने की अनुमति दी। बाद में, कस्टमर सर्विस हॉटलाइन +63 927 574 0301 ने मुझे बताया कि अगर मैं बैंक ट्रांसफर के लिए मेरा TRC20 पता लिख दूं और इस तरीके से निकासी करूं, तो मेरे पैसे जल्दी से खाते में जाएंगे। TRC20 के माध्यम से निकासी करने पर एक दिन के भीतर ही पैसे खाते में जाते हैं। बैंक ट्रांसफर का समय सबसे अधिक 5 कार्य दिवस होता है। आज तक, 7 कार्य दिवस बीत चुके हैं, हमारे पैसे अभी तक खाते में नहीं आए हैं! उन्होंने हमें ईमेल या WhatsApp के माध्यम से कोई जवाब नहीं दिया! उन्होंने हमें एक दस्तावेज़ पर हस्ताक्षर करवाने को कहा है, जिसमें कहा गया है कि वह हमें पूंजी देंगे, लेकिन 7 कार्य दिवस बीत चुके हैं, उन्होंने हमें पैसे नहीं दिए हैं, हम उनसे किसी भी तरीके से संपर्क करने में असमर्थ हैं!
