abstrak:They are unregulated, according to their website. DANGEROUS!! That alone should dissuade you from investing with them. Scammers are known to work with websites that provide "Automated trading software."
Read our IntrGroup review carefully to see why we do not recommend this broker for trading. To dispel any doubts, here is a review of intrgroup.com.
According to their website, they are not regulated by anybody. That is a BIG RED FLAG!! That should be enough to convince you not to invest with them. They also cooperate with websites that provide “Automated trading software,” which is another red flag since these kinds of websites are renowned for scamming schemes.
So IntrGroup is simply another unregulated forex broker, which means clients are not protected, and they will most likely get away with your hard-earned money with no regulatory organization to hold them accountable.
Unregulated forex brokers usually operate in the following manner. They will phone customers and attempt every feasible means to encourage them to pay the first minimum deposit. They will offer bargains that seem too good to be true, such as “we will double your original money” or “you will easily earn $100 every day.” Please don't believe anything they say!!! It is a SCAM! After making the first payment, customers are passed to a wiser fraudster known as a “retention agent,” who will attempt to extort additional money from you.
You should seek a withdrawal as soon as possible since your cash is never secure with an unregistered broker. And here is when things become tough.
If you try to withdraw your money, regardless of whether you have profits or losses, they will postpone the procedure for months. If they postpone it for six months, you will no longer be able to submit a chargeback, and your money would be gone for good. You will NOT receive your money back no matter how many times you remind them or insist on withdrawing it. And if you signed the Managed Account Agreement, or MAA, permitting them to do anything they want with your account, they will lose all of your cash, so there will be nothing to request.
If you've already placed money with them and they refuse to return it, which is extremely probable, don't panic; there may be a method or two to get your money back.
To begin, preserve the emails as evidence that you have requested the money back from them but they have not given it to you or have delayed the procedure for too long with the goal of not refunding your money.
The first thing you should do is do a chargeback! And you should do it right immediately! Contact your bank or credit card company and explain how you were duped into putting money with an unregulated trading firm that refuses to return your money. This is the easiest technique to get your money back, but it is also the one that hurts them the most. Because if there are a lot of chargebacks, it will ruin their relationship with the payment service providers. If you have never done this before or are unsure where to begin or how to present your case to your bank or credit card provider, we can help you in preparing your chargeback case.
There is no way to do a chargeback on a wire if you send them one. This phase requires you to take the struggle to a higher level. Inform them that you will go to the authorities and file a complaint against them. This will cause them to reconsider the likelihood of a refund. Another thing you might do is write a letter or send an email to the regulatory bodies. You may use Google to identify the governing agency for Forex brokers in the nation where you reside. After that, you may write a letter or send an email outlining how you were duped by them. Make sure you show them this letter or email and inform them you'll submit it to the governing agency if they don't return your money.
Another approach to damage them while preventing other people from becoming victims is to submit negative reviews on other websites and explain what occurred briefly. If you have been a victim, please submit a review and a remark in the comment box of this website.
Making the Intr Group review is a joy for us, and we aim to rescue as many people as possible from losing their hard-earned money. A good rule of thumb is to thoroughly research all Forex firms, and any other company for that matter, before engaging in any transaction. We hope you found our Intr Group review useful. Please leave a remark on the IntrGroup Review Page.
