Survey Reason

Recently,there are many calls from investors with the sincere hope of exposing brokers whose regulated addresses were not real. Therefore, the investigation team would go to magic forex for the details.

Company Building

According to the regulatory information, the address of magic forex, a Australia licensed company, was Level 27, 25 Bligh Street, SYDNEY NSW 2000. The investigation staff visited the spot.

Following the regulated address, they came to the Bligh Street and noticed a signage in the green plants. The white characters “Bligh Chamber” was especially conspicuous on the black marble. 

They came to the other side of the building and found the house number “25” on a black pillar. Then they arrived at the 27th floor by elevator, and didn’t find the company’s office but that of rubix fx after circling around the whole floor.

Summary

It was confirmed by the surveyor’s field surveyor that the Australia licensed broker MagicForex’s real address was inconsistent with its regulation address. The broker’s AR license issued by ASIC has been canceled. Since the broker was confirmed to under no valid regulation at present, please keep cautious when choosing the broker, and beware of money loss.
