The investigation staff found the office building listed on the licence. The building looked ordinary but was well-located. The investigation staff entered the lobby, trying to find the broker's name on the floor guide but failed.
To ensure the quality of the investigation, the staff took the elevator to 18th floor and also failed to find any information of LANSFX on the signboard.

The receptionist was unaware about their relationship.

It is ascertained by the investigation staff that the address of LANSFX is inconsistent with that from the regulatory information.Its alleged New Zealand FSPR licence(No.188764) was suspected to be a cloned licence.
