Inspection Reason
Many investors made telephone calls recently asking for more exposure of Australia licensed brokers whose real addresses were different from their regulation addresses. According to investors’ feedback, the surveyor decided to go to eForex ’s office in Australia to confirm whether the broker operated in the building indicated by its regulation address.
Office Building
According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker was located at Suite 1710, 9-13 CasTlereaGh Street, Sdyney NSW 2000. The surveyor decided to visit the broker.
Guided by the map, the surveyor found the office building indicated by ther regulation address. The surveyor couldn’t wait but enter the building.
Featured Photos
A safe guard blocked the surveyor’s way just when the surveyor was about to go upstair.
Since there was not way to go upstair, the surveyor took a photo of the reception area and left with pity.As informed, the broker’s office here was a shared office.
Conclusion
The broker’s AR license issued by FCA (RN: 550785) was suspected to be a cloned licensewhich had been cancelled. As was shown by its financial service company license (RN: 328066) issued by FSPR and investment and advisory license ((RN: 379035) issued by AISC, the broker operated beyond its business scope. Please be careful when choosing the broker.
