The Avenue, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
Inspection Reason
In recent, many investors made telephone calls expressing their hope for exposure of more Australia licensed brokers whose real addresses were different from their regulation addresses. According to investors’ feedback, the surveyor decided to go to ATOM’s office in Australia for more first-hand information.
Office Building
According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker was located at Level 40 One International Towers Tower 1', 100 Barangaroo Avenue, Barangaroo NSW 2000. The surveyor decided to visit the broker.
The surveyor found the office building without much trouble..

Once entering the lobby on the first floor, the surveyor read the floor guide and found no information about ATOM. In order to confirm further whether the broker had an office in the floor indicated by the regulation information or not, the surveyor took the elevator to the 40th floor. The surveyor found neither ATOM’s logo nor its office after walking around the entire floor.
Conclusion
It was confirmed after the surveyor’s inspection that the real address of ATOM in Australia was different from its regulation address. As was indicated by the broker’s general financial license (RN: 0505762), ATOM operated beyond its licensed business scope. In addition, the broker’s AR license (RN: 789265) issued by FCA, AR license (RN: 001263782) issued by ASIC and retail forex license (RN: 40101) issued by VFSC were cancelled at present. Please be wary of the broker.
