Survey Reason
Recently, the inspection team received many investors’ phone calls with the hope of more Australia licensed brokers whose real addresses were inconsistent with those declared by the supervision agency exposed. Upon their strong requests, the investigation staff visited the Australia licensed broker FINSA to have a clear command of the situation.
Company Building
According to the regulatory information, the address of the Australia licensed company FINSA was: Macquarie' Hse L 13, 167 Macquarie Street, SYDNEY NSW 2000. Our investigation staff visited the spot.
Guided by the map, they successfully found the fairly new office building as the regulatory information showed.
Exclusive
Subsequently, they entered the building and learned from the floor guide of the ground floor that the 13th floor didn’t belong to FINSA, but the shared office of REGUS.
To make the investigation a high quality one, they came to the 13th floor by elevator, and found that it was empty after circling around it.
Summary
It has been proved by the on-the-site investigation of the staff that the actual address of the Australia licensed broker FINSA is inconsistent with that declared by the supervision agency. The MM license (No. 422661) issued by ASIC that it holds is suspicious of cloning.
