Inspection Reason

It is expected by many investors for exposure of more Japan licensed brokers whose real address were not the same with its regulation address. According to investors’ feedback and the surveyors’ working schedule, the surveyor went to H.S. SECURITIES to know more about its interior.

Office

According to the regulation information, the Japanese licensed broker was located at 6-8-1, Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo. The surveyor visited the broker.

According to the regulation information and online map, the surveyor drove to Shinjuku-ku and made much efforts to find the building indicated by the regulation information.

The surveyor then entered the building and saw a floor directory the was crowded with company names at the 1st floor.

The surveyor went near to the directory but didn’t find H.S. SECURITIES’s name after carefully search for a long time.

In order to ensure the accuracy of the inspection result, the surveyor walked around the entire building and failed to find the broker’s office either.

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed that the broker’s real address was not the same with its regulation address. The broker’s suspicion of misusing, misappropriating or imitating the license of a legitimate broker couldn’t be ruled out even though the broker held a retail forex license issued by FSA, Please be careful when choosing the broker and beware of money loss.Investors are advised to resort to their good judgement after consulting the said above.
