Inspection Reason

It is expected by many investors for exposure of more Malaysian licensed brokers whose real address were not the same with its licensed address. In response to investors’ feedback, the surveyor was about to visit MGK GLOBAL for detailed information.

Office

According to the regulatory information, the Malaysian licensed broker MGK GLOBAL was located at block a,lot 5 ,2nd floor ,lazenda phase ,3 shophouse ,off jalan okabdullah,87000 lanuan f.t. The surveyors visited the broker.

According to the regulatory information and GPS, the surveyor made much effort to find the office building whose detailed address was unknown to the local people.

The building was not very high and looked quite shabby.

The surveyors entered the building and found not a floor directory but two siganages of another two companies. It looked a little bleak. 

According to the regulatory information, the surveyor took the stairway to 2F and found there were only a locked door and lots of mails in the mailbox beside the door after searching carefully at the aisle of the floor. As was speculated, there were no people in the room.

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed that the real address of the Malaysian licensed broker MGK GLOBAL was not the same with its licensed address. Discretion is advised with regard to investment.
