Inspection Reason

Recently, some investors had called to report that they hoped us to expose more local foreign exchange dealers in the United States. To help investors understand the dealers in this country more comprehensively, the inspection team went to the United States to visit.

Inspection Process

The investigators visited the foreign exchange dealer Cheersholding in Jersey City, USA. The address from the dealer’s regulatory information was 55 River Drive South #1012 Jersey City, NJ, United State. 

According to the above address, the investigators came to the destination, a building at 55 River Drive in Jersey City, New Jersey, USA, and found that this building was a private residence, a little bit like a serviced apartment.

No logo or other information of the foreign exchange dealer Cheersholding was found outside the building. The investigators consulted a security guard to learn that there was no company in this building.

 Inspection Conclusion

The investigators visited the foreign exchange dealer Cheersholding in Jersey City, USA, but didn't find the dealer's office on its regulatory address, indicating that the dealer only registered the company here and there was an inadequate supervision. Investors are advised to choose this dealer carefully.
