FXTM cleared account data and I re-activated and registered again on September 27. At that time, customer service mentioned there was a cashback activity for new users and deposits based on trading volume, which encouraged frequent trading. Throughout October, I repeatedly confirmed with customer service whether I was enrolled in the activity, and each time I was told that I was registered but that cashback would only be calculated on November 20th. However, this month they claimed that because my WeChat public account was only linked but not logged in, I did not participate in the activity. After reviewing some past chat records, they then claimed that since my WeChat had been previously linked and logged in with old user information, my registration was unsuccessful. (I have cleared some mobile chats and screenshots, but they have complete chat records in their backend which they cannot provide to me. My account data was cleared earlier this year due to inactivity caused by platform slippage issues, which FXTM did not reasonably explain, and their peak rates were inconsistent with other platforms.)
