Since approximately August 11 of this year (2024), withdrawals cannot be made first under the excuse that withdrawals were frozen due to the alleged audit. On the 16th, I was able to submit my withdrawal request and it was approved. However, on August 19, the funds were returned to me. I tried to make another withdrawal, but now they are using the excuse that taxes must be paid. Instead of deducting the money from your funds, they ask you to deposit more money. From my position, it is not possible for me to pay my taxes. It doesn't make sense to me that instead of holding the funds in your account to pay the taxes, they cancel the withdrawals again and you have to deposit even more money. When I tried to make the withdrawal, it was marked as out of hours. It is unfortunate to lose money with these scams. If someone could help me recover my funds, I would be deeply grateful, even if I have to pay a commission.
