It does not hold a license to carry out the corresponding financial business in China, but does business cooperation with Shanghai Oxiwan. Chinese investors can log on to the ACY website (the main body of the website is Shanghai Oxiwan). It engages in financial services such as foreign exchange and gold through the ACY website. To provide services to ACY, is registered the ACY website https://acy.com in 2017, publishing analytical articles, video recordings, etc. As of October 31, 2018, Shanghai Aoxin has received a total of 5 ACY remittances, totaling $470,000 in management consulting services. On April 26, 2019, the SAFE issued a warning to the company in accordance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Foreign Exchange Control and imposed a fine of 320,000 yuan.
