A few days ago, I lost money in an astonishing way. During the process, when I selected the option to buy (increase), suddenly the graph showed a drop, and when I sold (decrease), suddenly the graph went up. On July 9, 2024, I made a deposit of 25 dollars. It may not be a lot of money, but it is for me. I had 25 dollars earned in Deriv, plus 25 dollars deposited from Binance to Deriv. Once the payment was made, the scam platform did not reflect my balance. So I contacted customer service and they informed me that the money was indeed there. The next day, July 10, 2024, I contacted them again and they confirmed that the money was there, but since 24 hours had passed, they would initiate a complaint process. Today, July 12, 2024, they tell me that I lost the money after they had affirmed that the money was there. Therefore, I ask people not to put their money in this platform of criminals.

hace unos días perdí dinero de manera asombrosa , durante el proceso cuando le daba la opción comprar (subida) repentinamente la gráfica se daba por caída y cuando vendía (bajada) repentinamente la gráfica subía , el día de 09 de julio del 2024 realice un deposito de 25 dólares no es mucho dinero pero para mi si es dinero , yo tenia en el deriv 25 dólares ganados mas 25 dólares que fueron depositados de binance a deriv , una vez hecho el pago la plataforma estafadora no refleja mi saldo por lo cual me comunique con atención al cliente y me indican que efectivamente el dinero esta allí , al otro día 10 de julio del 2024 me vuelvo a comunicar con ellos me vuelven afirmar que el dinero esta allí pero que como ya pasaron las 24 hora van a realizar un pqr del cual el día de hoy 12 de julio del 2024 me dicen que el dinero lo perdí luego que ellos habían afirmado que el dinero si estaba allí por lo tanto le pido a las personas no metan su dinero a esta plataforma de criminales .
