Good morning. Since June 6, the application has not allowed withdrawals. The first situation was based on a failed update, and then by mistake, they doubled the account balances. Now they request that in order to make withdrawals and recover the investment, we must place our pocket the doubled value. I believe that this is not a solution to the problem that was not caused by the user but by the entity, and now the money appears frozen. I require a response and help regarding this major problem of possible fraud or loss of money.

Deleno esta solicitando que se ingrese dinero para realizar retiros

Buen día, desde el 06 de junio la aplicación no permite retiros, la primera situación fue a base de unas actualización fallida y luego por error ellos duplicaron los saldos de la cuenta y ahora solicitan que para poder realizar retiros y recuperar la inversión debemos colocar de nuestro bolsillo el valor duplicado, creo que esta no es una solución al problema que no fue por el usuario si no de ellos por entidad y ahora el dinero aparece congelado.Requiero una respuesta y ayuda sobre este gran problema de posible fraude o perdida de dinero.
