I think a swap contract scammed me. Please help me. When I said I wanted to apply for a swap contract, the contract was concluded without consent or signature on the contract or application form. When applying for the contract, I was notified that the contract was completed unilaterally without notifying me of the application form and contract terms. In response to this, I was notified that the contract was completed. When I tried to cancel, the customer service center told me that if I cancel due to a contract that was not notified in advance, I will have to pay an additional penalty instead of the funds in the current account to be able to trade and deposit/withdraw. All deposited funds are quarantined in the bank. I tried to pay the penalty with funds in my account, but they said I couldn't. Do I have to pay a penalty for entering into a contract without my consent or signature on the contract or application form? I'm also curious. If I have to pay a penalty, I'd like to know if I can pay it from my current account. I desperately need help.

창고 이자 계약 사기를 당한 것 같습니다. 도와주세요.창고 이자 계약을 신청 하고 싶다고 하니 계약서나 신청서 동의나 사인 없이 계약을 진행 되었고,계약을 신청 시 신청서 및 계약 약정을 고지를 하지 않고 일방적으로 계약이 완료 되었다는 통보를 받았습니다.이에 대해 계약을 취소 철회 하려고 하니 고객센터에서 사전에 고지 되지 않은 약정 등을 사유로 취소 시 현재 계좌의 자금이 아니라 추가로 위약금을 지불해야 거래 및 입출금이 가능 하다고 합니다.예금 자금 모두가 은행에 격리 되어 있어서 저의 계좌에 있는 자금으로 위약금을 지불 하려고 하니 안된다고 합니다.계약서나 신청서에 본인의 동의나 사인 없이 계약이 진행 된 것에 대해 위약금을 지불 하여야 하는지 또한 궁금합니다. 위약금을 지불 해야 한다고 하면 현재 계좌에서 지불이 가능 한지 알고 싶습니다.도움의 손길이 절실합니다.
